Potts, Melody top MVAOCOU Invitational

MAPLETON - South Central Calhoun saw first-place individual finishes for both boys and girls at the MVAOCOU meet.
Redge Potts ran a 16:54.41 for first place for the boys as the Titans finished ninth with 194.
Joe Thielen ran a 20:06.98 for 29th, Landen Evans had a 21:38.65, Derek Greene managed a 21:50.89, Jacob Smith took a 24:21.24 for 66th and Kayden Hammen saw a 24:33.61 for 67th.
Iris Melody led the Lady Titans with a 20:09.01 for first as the Lady Titans finished fourth with 89.
Breanne Patterson had a 24:16.65 for 18th, Jossa Haupert had a 25:16.94 for 25th, Elin Sjostedt had a 25:27.51 for 28th, Adlen Wheelock had 26:28.96 for 35th, McKinley Janssen saw 28:33.7 for 43rd and Lillie Spencer had 29:03.6 for 45th.
