With the Twin Lakes Conference slate done and over with the weekend before and their top regional seed locked up, the South Central Calhoun girls’ basketball team just had their regular season finale left to go.
However, that last contest of the 2018-19 regular season pitted the Titans against a highly motivated East Sac County squad on their respective Senior Night.
Despite a solid first half, South Central Calhoun endured through a harsh third quarter before their comeback attempt fell short at the hands of the Raiders by a final score of 68- 64 on Tuesday evening at the ESC Elementary School Gymnasium in Sac City.
While the Titans dipped down to a 19-2 record, the Raiders improved to 12-9 overall.
