Titan softball team finishes 1-9 in TLC

South Central Calhoun’s varsity softball team completed Twin Lakes Conference play in 2017 with a 1-9 record following its final conference contest last Friday night at Harcourt in a 12-2 six-inning loss to the Southeast Valley Jaguars. SCC is now 1-15 overall heading into the final week of the regular season this week.
Post-season play begins for SCC Monday, July 3, at Battle Creek versus OA-BCIG in a Class 2A, Region 2 first round contest. The winner of the game July 3 will head to Alta Wednesday, July 5, and play Alta-Aurelia in a second round contest.
This week, SCC has games against Ar-We-Va in Vail Tuesday, June 27, at home for Thursday, June 29 against Southeast Valley in Lytton, and the regular season concludes at Wall Lake against East Sac County Friday, June 30.
