Stewart Memorial Community Hospital partners with Lake City for This Is Home project

Stewart Memorial Community Hospital (SMCH) has entered a partnership with the city of Lake City to bring community members, businesses, and financial sponsors together in support of residents in need of help. The program is called This Is Home.
The goal of This Is Home is to have a one-day event to assist our community members who may be in need of an extra helping hand from some very willing volunteers. This event will insure safety, beauty, and overall community improvement, while bringing residents together in teams.
“As our board and leadership team look to the future, we see being involved in our community a key priority, not only in healthcare, but to help meet other needs of our residents,” said SMCH CEO Cindy Carstens.
The hospital team intends to provide volunteers for the project.
