White Bear Lake, Minnesota - Steven Paul Koeppen, 54, passed away on March 18, 2016.   Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 9, at Rosehill Cemetery, Rockwell City, with Rev. Karen Crawford officiating. Palmer & Swank Funeral Home, Rockwell City is serving the family. Memorial donations preferred in Steve's name Kinnickinnic River Land Trust, Solid Ground (to end homelessness), the White Bear Area Emergency Food Shelter or a charity of your choice.
