Sheriff investigating incendiary device thrown through window

The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an incident in which an incendiary device was thrown through a window of a home near Lake City.
Sheriff Scott Anderson said July 25 the incident, which took place July 24, was under investigation. No one was injured, and the fire the device caused did not cause significant damage to the home.
