SCC lands five on TLC volleyball squad

South Central Calhoun’s varsity volleyball team landed five players on the 2017 Twin Lakes Conference all-conference volleyball roster. The Titans, who were co-league champions at 10-1 overall along with Alta-Aurelia and East Sac County, had a pair of first team selections in senior Hannah Seil and junior Maddie Jones.
Senior Teylor Anderson was a second-team selection for SCC while sophomore Emma McKinney landed on the third team for the Titans. Honorable mention selection for the Titans was junior Heidi Hammen.
This year’s Coach of the Year was Jeannie Henningsen of Alta-Aurelia. The Warriors landed three first-team selections and one selection on both the second and third teams.
