Rockwell City council holds special meeting over Twin Lakes Connection

The final details of the Twin Lakes Water Connection project was the center point of the City Council of Rockwell City’s special meeting, held on April 22 at Rockwell City’s City Hall.
Prices, methods of payment and ownership were set during the meeting, and the council will officially vote on the connection line at its regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on May 6.
After coming to order, the council met with Tom Grafft with ISG Engineering of Des Moines, who started the meeting with a short review of prior conversations pertaining to the Twin Lakes Water Connection project.
