Rhodes withdraws plea change, trial back on

The trial for Franklin Rhodes appears to be headed to trial after all.
Rhodes, of Churdan, is accused of severely injuring a child as a result of a March 2014 incident. He is accused of causing severe injury to an infant. The trial is now set for March 20.
