Phyllis Morrow, 88, died Sunday, July 28, 2019 at Shady Oaks Care Center, Lake City. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at the Lake City Union Church with Pastor Randy Russom officiating with burial in the Cottonwood Cemetery, Lake City. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at Lampe Funeral Home, Lake City.
