Lake City garage sale deadline set for this Friday

In small town America, garage sales are much like a rite of passage. Mostly everyone has been to a garage sale, bought something from a garage sale or conducted a garage sale.
On July 18, Lake City will have its annual city-wide garage sale day. When it comes to posting your garage sale and making it known to thrift shoppers and collectors, The Graphic-Advocate makes it easy to spread the word.
Within the July 15 edition of The Graphic-Advocate, there will be garage sale locations dotted on a map of Lake City. The maps will also be available at Sparky’s and Casey’s within Lake City.
The deadline for submitting your garage sale is at 5 p.m. on Friday, and the cost of submitting your garage sale is $10 for the first 30 words and 25 cents per word thereafter.
The advertisement also includes two free garage sale signs.
