Volunteers needed for Lake City’s clean up day

Each year, communities around The Graphic-Advocate area bring out a big dumpster, allowing residents an opportunity to dispose large items such as tires, appliances and old televisions.

This year, the City of Lake City is asking for some helping hands, as volunteers are needed for the Lake City Clean-up Day, slated from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. this Saturday at the Lake City Water Treatment Facility. The facility is located at 120 W. Washington Street.
