Doretta Tevepaugh

Doretta Tevepaugh, 97, died on Sunday, June 6, 2021 at Stewart Memorial Community Hospital in Lake City. Private family services will be held at a later date. Lampe & Powers Funeral Home in Lake City is assisting the family.

Doretta was born on June 22, 1923 in Lanesboro, Iowa to Everett and Stella (Snyder) Pratt. On July 27, 1944 she married Harold Tevepaugh in Rockwell City. She worked in the laundry department at Stewart Memorial Hospital in Lake City for 23 years before retiring in 1990 and was a member of the Lake City Union Church.

Doretta is survived by her son Lynn (Kari) Tevepaugh of Winter Haven FL; daughters Connie Domeier of Fairfax, MN and Renee (Merle) Wright of Lake City; 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren; and brother Keith Pratt of Lake City. She was preceded in death by her parents Everett and Stella Pratt; husband Harold; daughter Sheryl Watters; grandson Christian Domeier; great-grandson Riley Domeier; sisters Zola and Leah; and son-in-law Ted Domeier.
