Titan runners compete at Tim Thomas Invite

South Central Calhoun’s cross country teams got a chance to run at one of the largest meets in the area Saturday, Sept. 13, as they participated in the 2014 Tim Thomas Invitational at Holstein. The Titans varsity boys and girls squads competed in the larger class (Class A) of schools at the meet along with some of schools from Class 4A and Class 3A. The SCC girls squad placed eighth overall in Class A with 205 points out of 14 squads in the team competition, while the SCC boys squad placed ninth out of the 15 teams competing for a team title at the meet as they fi nished with 238 team points.
