Titan boys close out conference play with win at Manson

South Central Calhoun’s varsity boys basketball team closed out 2015-16 Twin Lakes Conference play Friday, Feb. 5, in Manson and came away with a 48-47 triumph over Manson Northwest Webster. With the win, SCC finished up TLC play at 5-5 overall while moving to 10-8 on the season.
Derrick Henkenius finished with 19 points, two rebounds and three assists in the win. Jonas Otto scored seven points, Jared Birks added six points and five rebounds and teammates Conner Ludwig, Kody Case and A.J. Neubaum finished with four points each in the win.
Case led the Titans defense with five steals and led in assists as well with four.
