SCC picks up three TLC conference volleyball wins

The South Central Calhoun Titans varsity volleyball team recently has went 3-0 in Twin Lakes Conference varsity volleyball matches. The Titans most recently defeated Alta-Aurelia in Alta Thursday, Sept. 6 in four sets as SCC won 25-21, 22-25, 25-21, 25-10 over the Warriors. On Thursday, Aug. 30, SCC traveled to St. Mary’s High School in Storm Lake and beat both GT/RA (25-12, 25-21, 25-9) and St. Mary’s (25-5, 25-9, 25-7) in three sets. Against Alta-Aurelia Sept. 6, SCC was led in kills by Haley Stauter with 14 while Maddie Jones had 10 and Anna McChesney finished with seven.
