SCC Middle School celebrates Veterans Day

More than 100 veterans attended South Central Calhoun Middle School’s annual Veterans Day program on Nov. 11. Color Guards from Lake City, Lytton, and Rockwell City participated in the ceremony. Students in grades 4 through 8 paid tribute to the veterans with Principal Marc DeMoss serving as Master of Ceremonies. These tributes took the form of videos, essays, readings and music.
