The South Central Calhoun Titans girls varsity basketball team concluded the regular season Tuesday, Feb. 11, at Lake City as they took on Twin Lakes Conference rival East Sac County and triumphed by a 51-38 final as they upped their overall record to 18-3.

The Titans shot 50 percent from the floor as they hit 18-for-36 shot attempts in the game and they were 10-for-14 from the free throw line in the win over the Raiders..

“We had a great team effort,” said SCC head coach Dave Birks. “Our defense was very good and we did a super job on the boards. In the second half, we really shut East Sac down. Our balance on offense was a key as well. We had three girls in double figures and and another with nine. This was an awesome way to end the regular season.”
