Phyllis Marie Higgins, 73, passed away Saturday, May 13, 2017 at her home in Ruthven, Iowa. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Lampe Funeral Home in Lake City with burial in the North Raccoon Cemetery, Lanesboro. Lampe Funeral Home in Lake City is assisting the family.
