Phillip Eichhorn, 75, died Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Stewart Memorial Community Hospital in Lake City. Per his wishes his body was donated to the University of Iowa. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at the Lake City Union Church in Lake City with Pastor Randy Russom officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time at the church and burial will be at a later date.
