Perry S. Henely, 58, was called home by God unexpectedly on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at his home. A memorial visitation was held on Friday, June 16, 2017, from 3 to 6 p.m. at Lampe Funeral Home in Lake City with a vigil prayer service at 4 p.m. by Father Lynn Bruch. A Celebration of Life reception followed at 6:30 p.m. at the Parish Hall at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Lake City.
