Mable Ann Watson, 89 of Lake City, IA passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2018 at Black Hawk Life Care Center in Lake View. Memorial Service were held on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at the Farber Otteman Funeral Home in Lake View. Visitation was held prior to the service from 12:30 to 1:30. A gathering to celebrate her life was held at Speaker Park shelter house following the service.
