John F. Block, 86, passed away Friday, December 7, 2018 at Accura Healthcare of Pomeroy. Funeral services was held at 10:30 am Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at St. Paul’s Lutheran and Presbyterian Church, Rockwell City with Pastor James Hoover Mossman officiating. Burial was in Rosehill Cemetery, Rockwell City. Visitation and viewing was from 4:00 to 7:00 pm Monday, December 10, 2018 at Palmer-Swank Funeral Home, Rockwell City.
