Floyd Westbay, age 80, of Newell, Iowa died on Monday, November 19, 2018 at the Pomeroy Care Center in Pomeroy, Iowa. Funeral services were held on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the Nain Lutheran Church in Newell. Burial was in the Newell Cemetery. Visitation took place on Friday, November 23, 2018 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Storm Lake. The Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Storm Lake is in charge of the arrangements.
