Dennis Dean Frank, age 68, of Carroll passed away on Friday, January 12, 2018 at the VA Hospital in Des Moines surrounded by his family. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Carroll with Pastor Brian Licht officiating. Casket bearers will be Kaleb Johnson, Isaac Engeman, David Frank, Evan Newcomb, Tom Frank, and Keith Dentlinger. Burial will be in the Luckow Cemetery near Ulmer with military honors conducted by the Iowa National Guard.
